Requirement :

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

– 2+ Years experiences in installing, setting up, supporting and maintaining hardware, software and network system.

– Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

– Must have experience with Windows workstation and server operating systems.

– Must have experience with Virtualization Tools such as Hyper-V, VMware.

– Must have experience with Active directory, MS SQL Server, IIS Web Server.

– Experience with IT system management and maintenance.

– Experience in cloud technologies (Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS or etc.) is a plus.

– Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.

– Microsoft Certification (Fundamental, Associate or Expert) is a plus.

Responsibility :

– Design Infrastructure of Application and Server / Client.

– Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.

– Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure

– Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when they arise.

– Supporting the delivery of Projects (documentation, and user training).

– Working with 3rd party services, delivery partners and external vendors to deliver solutions.

– Work as 1st level support to solve any technical problems of customers.

– Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
