Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to users and customers
- Install, check, and maintain hardware or related devices
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, or IT-related issues
- Perform on-site support and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Monitor system status and report problems proactively
- Prepare simple technical documents, service reports, and maintenance logs
- Support system testing, setup, and basic configuration tasks
