Tech Support 

Require

  • Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or IT systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Good communication and service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work under pressure and at customer sites when required (Optional Advantage) Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, CCTV, or server systems

Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support to users and customers
  • Install, check, and maintain hardware or related devices
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, or IT-related issues
  • Perform on-site support and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Monitor system status and report problems proactively
  • Prepare simple technical documents, service reports, and maintenance logs
  • Support system testing, setup, and basic configuration tasks
