providing large scale document system until
centralizing Web content system.Currently
Krungsri.NET is a new channel of Bank of Ayudhya
(PCL) for publication information accessing
nationwide. |

Indigy® developed a Lotus Notes workflow
application, “OS Service Center”, for Operation
Support department to use as a center point of all
IT resources (hardware, software and users’ access
right for applications) requests and management.
Each request will be forwarded to appropriated
responsible person(s) across up to 5 departments
according to predefined workflows for each type of
request.All KasikornBank’s Lotus Notes users
(approximately more than 3,000 people across 32
departments) can use OS Service Center to make
requests about their needs for IT resources, and
then track status of their request as well as
expected complete date. |

Indigy® developed multi-channels Quotation system
for AACP. More than 15,000 representatives can
access Quote Express from their desktop or Web
through AACP Web Site. The system provides Mix and
Match to all complex Basic and Rider and return
outstanding Quotation reports prepared for
customers. Currently, Quote Express system is
extended Sales channels for Bancassurance, Work Site
and Agency and etc. |
